Insights Profile Questionnaire
Performance Catalyst would like to invite you to complete your Insights Discovery Personal Profile.
Your profile will be tailored specifically to you and will provide insights into your personal style, key strengths, development areas, the value you bring to your team, and practical tips for communicating effectively with colleagues a. It will also highlight how your personal preferences influence your behaviour in the workplace.
To generate your profile, you will be asked a series of questions. Please answer these as honestly as possible to ensure the results are accurate.
To get the most from the questionnaire, please:
- choose a time and place where you will not be interrupted
- answer instinctively (avoid overthinking your responses)
- focus on who you are as a whole person, rather than who you feel you should be
The questionnaire should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, although it is not timed, so there is no need to rush. There are no right or wrong answers; the evaluator simply captures your personal preferences.

Please note that the evaluator can be accessed on a PC, laptop, iPhone, iPad or Android device. You may also complete it in your preferred language using the drop-down menu on the first page. You will be asked how you would like your name to appear in your Insights Discovery profile.
