Tensense

Tensense.ai is a UK-based software company that provides an organisational sensemaking platform designed to help leaders understand how their organisations are really performing, from the frontline to the boardroom. Using lightweight, frequent feedback from employees, the system generates “Organisational Experience” (OX) data-real-time insight into culture, performance, and operational health, allowing companies to spot risks and opportunities before they escalate. By combining behavioural science with analytics, Tensense.ai aims to give organisations a forward-looking view that complements traditional, backward-looking metrics. Headquartered at the Bristol & Bath Science Park, the company serves medium to large enterprises such as Vodafone and Verisk, offering a scalable, data-driven approach to improving organisational clarity and resilience.
