When Data Meets Insight: Creating Targeted, High-Impact Team Sessions

At Performance Catalyst, every Insights Discovery workshop begins long before the team comes together in the room. A key part of the process is an initial conversation with the team leader to understand what success looks like, define the outcomes that truly matter, and identify where Insights can best support the team in working more effectively together.   • What does “clear communication” look like in practical, behavioural terms through your lens?

These questions do more than prompt reflection on preferences. They help participants connect Insights directly to their lived experience at that moment, making the learning immediately relevant and actionable.
