Performance Catalyst is incredibly excited to invite you to our 2026 development day! This in-person afternoon is a chance for us all to come together to connect over Insights, expand our toolkits, foster opportunities for future collaboration, and get to know one another as a community.

Event Agenda
12:45pm-1:00pm: Arrival, welcome, and introductions
1:00pm-2:30pm: Introduction to the Self Aware Leader, facilitated by Zozo Abraham (Receive your own optional Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership profile for an additional £50+VAT – More info below)
2:30pm-3:00pm: Refreshment break: coffee, tea, cake, socialising
3:00pm-3:30pm: Paul O’Grady on the Digital Profile and MS Teams App
3:30pm-4:15pm: Facilitated conversation on topics of your choosing (submit topics for discussion when you book your place)
4:15pm- 4:30pm Wrap up and catch up
About the Self-Aware Leader
Overview
The Self-Aware Leader is an evolution of Insights’ approach to leadership development and builds upon the foundation of the Insights Discovery methodology. It addresses common leadership challenges, including:
- Improving leadership effectiveness for new and existing leaders
- Helping leaders to better motivate and engage their teams
- Supporting leaders to be more valuing and inclusive of different approaches
- Giving leaders a strong sense of purpose and authenticity
- The Self-Aware Leader learning is accompanied by the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership (IDTL) profile, which gives leaders an insight into their behaviours through the lens of eight leadership dimensions. The personalised profile also contains practical tips for leaders to enhance their effectiveness in each area.
Learning outcomes
Practitioners will:
- Be introduced to the Self-Aware Leader as a modular development programme
- Learn how to use the IDTL profile to facilitate one-to-one development conversations
- Better understand how to support leaders to understand their unique strengths and challenges in leadership
- Help leaders to uncover their blind spots and biases
If you have a copy of your Self Aware Leader/Transformational Leadership Profile from Insights, or if you have units available to download it, please do so and bring this with you on the day!
The profile is not a compulsory part of the event, however we highly recommend having a copy to enhance your understanding of how you would use this framework with clients. If you do not have an existing Self Aware Leader/Transformational Leadership Profile, you can purchase one from PC below (£50+VAT) and we will bring it on the day.
