What Will I Recieve?
You’ll complete a short questionnaire with 20 carefully designed questions, which should be answered as honestly as possible to ensure an accurate profile. Once completed, you’ll receive a detailed personality report (+/- 20 pages) that outlines:
► Your personality style, including how you work with others and how you make decisions
► Your key strengths and potential development areas
► Your most effective communication strategies
► Identification of your opposite type and how to work well with them
► Tailored suggestions for personal and professional development
► Insight into the environments where you perform at your best
► Guidance on how you should be managed, and how you can effectively manage others
► What motivates you and drives your performance
You will also be invited to a online workshop where one of our practitioners will outline how to read your profile effectively, helping you take your next step to better understanding you and the people around you.
