Will Jefferson & Lindi Smit

Founders & Directors

As co-leaders of Performance Catalyst, Will Jefferson and Lindi Smit bring together a powerful fusion of experience in High Performing Environments, in sport and business, to create more Self-Aware Leaders and more Effective Teams.

Will Jefferson, Founder of Performance Catalyst, draws on a 12-year professional cricket career, playing at both County and International level, as well as years of extensive Business Consulting, Leadership Coaching and Team Facilitation. Equally competent working one-to-one and with larger groups, Will’s thoughtful and empathetic approach combines his powerful ability truly to connect with people and to share his deep personal insights into the art and science of excellence. His life-long passion for the psychology of human performance, shaped by years of leading executive workshops for clients, including Sainsbury’s, British Athletics, Deloitte, and HSBC’s Global Tax and Treasury teams, underpins his exceptional approach. Will has worked extensively across the UK and internationally, supporting leaders and teams in Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Vienna, Geneva, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai, and Mumbai.

Lindi Smit brings a rich blend of experience in High-Performance environments, Leadership Development and Team Facilitation from her career in business and as an elite athlete. As a former Netball Superleague team captain and team physiotherapist, touring internationally with various teams, she understands first-hand the mental and physical demands of elite team performance. Her facilitation experience spans diverse industries in the UK and abroad. Lindi oversees the Performance Catalyst Distributorship and enjoys mentoring facilitators at the start of their careers as well as supporting numerous business start-ups.

Together, Will and Lindi partner with organisations to create Clarity, deepen Connection and enable them to truly tap into the Collective Intelligence of their teams.
