What does the programme cover?

1 | Exploring Leadership Style

Our leadership facilitation for senior teams starts by reflecting on the leader you are and the leader you want to be. Awareness about the unique leadership gifts you bring and the areas you can develop is the first step for enhancing your performance. We deepen your understanding of your natural behavioural preferences, strengths and emotional patterns, resulting in increased resourcefulness and productivity levels.

2 | Coaching and Mentoring skills

By encouraging leaders to consider the relative
benefits to their team of short-term challenge and
long-term education, we help them to identify the
right times and situations to apply the most
appropriate type of leadership support. When is it
most suitable to coach, and when to mentor? We
explain the differences between coaching and
mentoring, teach powerful toolkits and cover topics
such as emotional intelligence – the most important
ingredient for rendering coaching effective in the
workplace.

3 | Pyschological Safety, trust and vulnerability

Psychological safety is essential for creating a culture committed to constant learning and growth. Environments in which we can truly thrive rest on a vulnerability-based leadership style that builds trust and which results in more cohesive teams. For leaders to be most effective, they have to model these behaviours and become true team-players.

4 | Catalytic Communication

The art of flexing and adapting your communication style allows you to connect much more effectively with your team. It enables you to create a truly inclusive culture. We show you how to render your conversations clearer, emotionally smarter, more agile and powerfully productive.

5 | Master your energy and time

In this workshop, you will learn how to use your time and energy more wisely – both at work and at home. You will understand how to put a stop to exhaustion, burnout, and chronic stress, and create a sustainable work-life balance that allows you to thrive. You will also understand how to leverage your Insights profiles and your knowledge about your personality preferences to work more smartly and effectively.

6 | Accountability & Aligned Action

At the end of your change journey, we look again at your values and purpose, and help you to co-create a strong strategy with your teams. We show you how to deliver feedback, align your team, set goals and how to hold each other accountable. Looking into the future, we create a roadmap for capitalizing on your learnings and insights.
